I am particularly interested in innovation management, artificial intelligence, resilience, management control and cost management.

How do organizations select innovation opportunities, allocate resources and build capabilities for technological and organizational change? My research examines innovation strategy, business models, organizational design and strategic decision-making.
Resilience & Adaptation
How do organizations prepare for, respond to and transform through disruption? My research examines resilience, flexibility and adaptation under uncertainty, from individual organizations to broader organizational systems.
Artificial Intelligence & Management
How does artificial intelligence transform managerial work and decision-making? I study how organizations integrate AI into their activities, how managers evaluate its outputs, and how it affects coordination, strategic choices and organizational practices.
Management Control & Cost Management
How can management control systems support decision-making, innovation and adaptation? My work examines the design and use of management control, cost management and performance measurement systems, particularly when organizations face uncertainty, technological change and strategic transformation.
