I am a professor of innovation management at the University of Strasbourg.
My research focuses on improving innovation management decision-making, innovation evaluation, creativity management and control. As an innovation management scientist, I am passionate about teaching and helping leaders make wiser decisions to improve the functionality of their firms.
At the University of Strasbourg, I teach innovation management and strategic management at various levels from the bachelor and master degree levels as well as at the doctoral level.
In addition to teaching and research, I routinely give talks about innovation management at firm events.
My work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed management and economic journals, as well as in book chapters and practitioner magazines. I served a full mandate dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Strasbourg. Since 2021, I’m deputy vice-president for learning and teaching at University of Strasbourg.
I am researcher at BETA laboratory.
